California Republican Assembly Unanimously Endorses Dr. Ken Williams for Re-Election to OC Board of Education
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Orange County, CA (March 28, 2016) – On Saturday, the California Republican Assembly unanimously voted to endorse Dr. Ken Williams for re-election to the Orange County Board of Education Trustee Area 3 seat in the June 7th primary.
"I am deeply appreciative to the California Republican Assembly for their unanimous endorsement for recognizing my governing principles of smaller government, greater personal responsibility, and traditional family values such as the sanctity of life and traditional marriage between a man and a woman," Williams said.
As a member of the Orange County Board of Education, Dr. Williams has served his constituents as their conservative education voice on the board, promoting traditional family values, student and campus safety, drug-free and safe schools, twenty first century science and technology in school curriculums, parental rights, and a "back-to-basics" approach to education.
Dr. Williams has also received the endorsement of a near majority of elected leaders from Orange County, including four County Supervisors, most of Orange County's Republican state legislators (including every Republican senator), many locally elected mayors and city council members, and many school board members.
Trustee Area 3 consists of the cities of Brea, Irvine, Orange, Villa Park, and Yorba Linda; the communities of Anaheim Hills, El Modena, North Tustin, and Orange Park Acres; and portions of Lake Forest, Tustin, and Orange County's canyon communities.
